RESOLUTION NO. 92-227
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND BANK OF AMERICA TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARY E. BRESSI TRUST AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.

necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct improvements in 7
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it

3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of
Carlsbad to execute said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 14th day of JULY , 1992 by the following vote, to
wit:
