RESOLUTION NO. 92-233
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO AMEND
TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTERS
21.04, 21.42, 21.30, 21.32, AND 21.34 TO PROVIDE
FOR THE REGULATION OF SPECIFIED HAZARDOUS WASTE
FACILITIES.

f5 ll WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
7 /I Code, the Planning Commission did, on June 17, 1992, hold a duly

noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said
request: and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and Il/j considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initial

I' Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
17 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
18 2. That the findings and conditions of the Planning
I' Commission Resolution No. 3407, on file with the City Clerk and
2o I incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of the
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, and
considering any written comments received, the Planning Commission
considered all factors relating to the Negative Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
