A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
SEWER SERVICE FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has the authority to
6 1; establish fees for sewer services as provided tin Section 13.12.080 of the Carlsbad
7 // Municipal Code, and City services; and

WHEREAS, from time to time said fees are reviewed and evaluated to maintain
lo ll an adequate fee structure recovering costs for sewer services; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has held the necessary public hearings and allowed 13

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the cost of providing sewer services;
l4 11 for public comment on the establishment of said fee.

16 I/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
17 II Carlsbad, California that the fee schedule shown in Exhibit C attached hereto is hereby
18
shall become effective on July 15, 1992. 19
adopted and shall become the official fee schedule for the City of Carlsbad. All fees

The rates for different groups for FY 1992 - '93 are shown below. Residences have a
flat rate of $13.06 per month. All other customers pay based on their water usage and
each group's unit cost per hundred cubic fee of water used ($mCF), subject to a
minimum monthly charge of $13.06.
