RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 26 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CONTRACT
FOR THE OUTFITTING OF SAFETY SERVICE VEHICLES

6 Carlsbad as follows:
7 1. That the bid of Hi Standard Automotive, 2299 South Grand Avenue,
8 Santa Ana CA 92705 is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized
9 to execute a Purchase Order for the outfitting of safety service vehicles as may be
required for a period of one year beginning September 15, 1992, per prices listed in Bid
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

No. 1 dated August 4, 1992 with the option to renew for two additional one (1) year
periods at an increase not to exceed 10% of the prices in effect at the end of the initial

contract period, a copy of which is attached, Exhibit llA" and made a part hereof, is

hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 18th day of AUGUST , 1992, by the following
vote, to wit:
