RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CARLSBAD
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES FUNDING PANEL

WHEREAS, the City Council on March 24, 1992, adopted a policy establishing a process
for funding community activities which includes the appointing of a citizen review panel.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons be appointed to serve as members of the Community
Activities Funding Panel for a term of one (1) review period:
George Heard , Senior Commission
