RESOLUTION NO. 92-284
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A QUITCLAIM FOR AN EASEMENT ORIGINALLY DEDICATED TO THE
CARLSBAD MUTUAL WATER COMPANY AT 3515 CHARTER
OAK DRIVE
WHEREAS, Enrique R. Laso and Harriet Laso have submitted

dedicated to the Carlsbad Mutual Water Company over a portion of 7
a request for quitclaim of a water easement which was originally
their property located at 3515 Charter Oak Drive: and, 8
9 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is the successor in
10 interest to the Carlsbad Mutual Water Company: and,
11 WHEREAS, said easement was never utilized for the purpose
12
be needed for the purpose of waterline installation: and, 13
for which it was granted and is not now nor is it contemplated to
easements: 16
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said 15
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has 14
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
18 City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying water easements
21
Laso which is on file with the City Clerk and in incorporated by 22
over a portion of APN 167-122-07 to Enrique R. Laso and Harriet
this reference; is approved. 23

1 3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the original

recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, 4
original Quitclaim Deed to be released to the property owners to be 3
Quitclaim Deed and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
