RESOLUTION NO. 92-293
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING PLAN FOR LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 22.
WHEREAS, Section 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code requires the
preparation of a Local Facilities Management Plan as a prerequisite to development
7 within specified Local Facilities Management Zones; and
8 WHEREAS, said Local Facilities Management Plans must contain a plan for
9 financing the public facilities required to serve development within the Local Facilities

Management Zone; and
12 /I WHEREAS, certain Local Facilities Management Plans, including the plan for
13 I/ Zone 22, have been adopted by the City Council on condition that they prepare and
14

WHEREAS, the property owners within Local Facilities Management Zone 22 16
of any grading permit or building permit within the zone; and 15
submit an acceptable Financing Plan prior to recordation of any final map or issuance
have submitted a Financing Plan which meets all of the requirements of Section 21.90

19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, and staff recommends approval of the Financing Plan
2o // as submitted.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
22 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
23 11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the Financing Plan for Local Facilities Management Zone 22 is
hereby approved as submitted.
