RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 2 2 8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
DONATION OF A COMPAO COMPUTER FOR THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, The Friends of the Carlsbad Library have presented a Compaq
computer to the library, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift to the Carlsbad City
Library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of a Compaq computer on behalf
of all citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 6th day of OCTOBER ,
1992, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton, Nygaard
NOES: None
