A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, Jack Frazier has resigned as a member of the Par
Recreation Commission from a term expiring in August, 1995;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cil
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
