HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-10-20; City Council; Resolution 92-319/I w w 1 1 2 3 4 5 RESOLUTION NO. 92-319 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO AN EXISTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANDTEKMARINE, INCORPORATED FORTHE CARLSBAD SAND SURVEY AND PROFILE PROGRAM 6 8 consultant agreement with Tekmarine, Incorporated on August 18,1987 resuming the Carlsl 7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously awardel Sand Survey and Beach Profile Program; and 9 LO 11 12 13 14 15 16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby finds it necessary, desir: and in the public interest to continue said program during 1992-93; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously budgeted appropriated sufficient funding for said program in its 1992-93 fiscal budget; and WHEREAS, Section 3 of said agreement enables the City to renegotiate annual cont extensions with Tekmarine, Incorporated to continue the services provided for in agreement. I? /I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 18 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 19 2. That an extension to an existing agreement between the City of Carlsbad 20 22 dated October 7, 1992, attached hereto and made a part hereof. 21 Tekmarine, Incorporated is hereby approved in accordance with Tekmarine’s proposal IC 3. That the City Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a copy of 23 24 25 26 27 28 Resolution to Tekmarine, Incorporated, 572 E. Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91 101. Ill Ill Ill /I1 I 1 1 W 4.
