RESOLUTION NO. 92-323
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND KLEINFELDER, INCORPORATED, AND LAW/CRANDALL INCORPORATED, FOR ANNUAL MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
it necessary, desirable and in the public interest to provide materials te

services as an element of the construction process for City capital improv

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the Ci 12
