A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL, OF THE CITY’S
PROPERTY AND BOILER AND MACHINERY
INSURANCE COVERAGES I WHEREAS, the City has previously maintained both property and boiler
nd machinery insurance coverages for its assets; and
a WHEREAS, the City’s insurance broker has received quotations for the

and machinery with Home Insurance and Hartford Steam Boiler respectively. 12
and machinery insurance, the City desires to renew its insurance for property, and boiler

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 15

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 13
:ontinuation of that coverage; and
WHEREAS, upon evaluation of the quotations for both property and boiler
2. That the renewal of the City’s property insurance with Home
Insurance and Hartford Steam Boiler is hereby approved and the Financial Management
Pirector is authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of $51,907 for the payment of the
