A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
THE POLICE ASSET FORFEITURE FUND (FEDERAL) FOR
THE SUPPORT OF POLICE ACTIVITIES I
5 WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Carlsbad Police Department receives
6 funds and assets resulting from the Police Department's drug enforcement activities; and
7 WHEREAS, said funds should be utilized for law enforcement purposes and
8 supporting police activities; and
9 WHEREAS, the appropriation of said funds is necessary before any expenditure of
10 funds can take place; and
