A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE HOME PLANT PUMP
STATION AND FORCE MAIN AT CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND LAGUNA
DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 3299, AS COMPLETE

WHEREAS, construction of pump station and force main improvement

Carlsbad Boulevard and Laguna Drive, Project No. 3299, has been
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared;
a WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl s

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

authorized to execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.

directed to close the project accounts upon payment of all final claims
costs.
