RESOLUTION NO. 92-338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANSAND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS TO EL CAMINO REAL, ALICANTE ROAD, AND ALGA ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3391

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determine
necessary, desirable and in the public interest to construct various sidt
segments a1 ong El Cami no Real , A1 i cante Road, and A1 ga Road; and a WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and contract documents for the furni:

for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other expc
necessary or incidental for said project have been prepared and are on fi'
the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has previl
appropriated $700,000 for said project; and
WHEREAS, construction of said improvements is a matter of pub1 ic nece
and safety.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
