RESOLUTION NO. 92-340
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
YAZDl CONDOMINIUMS AKA CHESTNUT GREEN TOWNHOMES, PUD
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 90-01,
90-01, SDP 90-02
WHEREAS, lraj Yazdi, Daryoush Yasha, Bernard Rosenthal, Irene Rosenthal, Met-
Mossazadeh and Shahnaz Mossazadeh, have submitted a final map known as Carlsb
Tract No. 90-01 to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 90-01 with conditions, v
approved by the Planning Commission on December 5, 1990 pursuant to Resolut
Number 31 65; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially confor
to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completec
secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public easements for dedication to the
of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan an(
requirements of City Codes and Standards; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-01 from lraj Y
Daryoush Yasha, Bernard Rosenthal, Irene Rosenthal, Mehdi Mossazadeh and Shal
Mossazadeh which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated hereil

3. That the City accepts said dedication.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptanc'
the Final Map.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map tc
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Califo
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Fidelity National
Insurance Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
