A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BEACH EROSION COMMITTEE

4 I/ WHEREAS, Pearl Johnson has resigned as a member of the Beach Ero
5 /I Committee from a term expiring in June, 1994;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci t,
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the foll owing person is hereby appointed to serve
member of the Carlsbad Beach Erosion Committee to fill the term which expirc
June, 1994.
