RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS8 SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1992-93

7 WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions a
