RESOLUTION NO. 92-360
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN AND FUNDING
FOR SANDAG SHORELINE MONITORING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that participati
in a regional coastal cooperative aerial photo Shoreline Monitoring Program is necessi
desirable and in the public interest; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb'
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby approves participation through SANDAG with ot
coastal jurisdictions in the region in a cooperative Shoreline Monitoring Program.
3. That funds in the amount of $2,275 as available in the Engineering Departm
Fiscal Year 92-93 Operating budget are hereby authorized to be utilized as Carlsba
contribution to the Shoreline Monitoring Program.
4. That City Council will review on an annual basis participation in the Shore1
Monitoring Program as part of the Engineering Department Annual Operating Budget.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cou
held on the 15th day of December , 1992 by the following vote, to wit:
