RESOLUTION NO. 92-366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD SENIOR CENTER BARBECUE STRUCTURE, PROJECT NO. 3371.
WHEREAS, six (6) bids were received by the City of Carlsbad
construction of the Carlsbad Senior Center Barbecue Structure, Project No. :
and
WHEREAS, City staff has analyzed the bids for this project; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder’s price is higher than the budgeted funds; q
WHEREAS, the total cost of this project is less than $50,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in accordance with the provisions of Sec
20166 of the State of California Public Contracts Code can, at its discre.
reject all bids received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl ~
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That all bids received for the construction of the Carlsbad SI
Center Barbecue Structure, Project No. 3371, are hereby rejected in accord
