RESOLUTION NO. 93 -6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS
AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CITY HALL XERISCAPE PROJECT CONTRACT NO.
(CMWD) 2660

WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications fo
furnishings of all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other expe
necessary and incidental for the City Hall Xeriscape Project, Contract No. (CM’
10 2660, have been prepared and are on file in the Parks and Recreation Depart]
11 office of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.

WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $47,000 dollars have been previc
appropriated for this project by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad; and
