RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 14TH SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE FIRM OF NBS/LOWRY FOR CONSULTING ASSESSMENT
ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad, Cal iforn.

WHEREAS, the costs of said services shall be covered by user fee: 8
of Assessments services for various assessment districts; and 7
determined that it is necessary and in the pub1 ic interest to provide Segr
