RESOLUTION NO. 93-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MAP FOR
REVERSION TO ACREAGE RA 92-1.
WHEREAS, Bristol Cove Partners II, a Partnership has submitted a map knc
Reversion to Acreage No. 92-1 to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, Bristol Cove Partners II is the sole owner of the property being re
and
WHEREAS, the map of RA 92-1 meets the requirements of the Carlsbad Mu
Code and the Subdivision Map Act, and
WHEREAS, the City retains a four foot wide dedication of street along Harrison
as shown on the Map of RA 92-1, and
WHEREAS, the City retains a 15 foot wide easement for a walking trail as shc
the map for RA 92-1, and
WHEREAS, the 10 foot wide sewer easement shown on the map for RA 92-1 a:
reverted is not needed for present or prospective public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on this date held a public t
to consider the recommendation and hear all persons interested in or opposed to R

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
public interest to approve said map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The said map known as Reversion to Acreage RA 92-1 from Bristo
Partners II which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by referf
accepted.
