RESOLUTION NO. 93-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 90-28

WHEREAS, Luciernaga Pacific, Inc., a California Corporation have submil
final map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 90-28 to the City of Carlsbad for approval;
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 90-28 with conditions
approved by the Planning Commission on July 17,1991 pursuant to Resolution Nur a
9 3276, 3277, 3278 and 3279; and

to said conditionally approved tentative map; and 11
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially cor
12 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been comple

WHEREAS, the developer has offered public easements for dedication to tt
of Carlsbad; and
l7 I! WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan i
18 li requirements of City Codes and Standards; and,
19 I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca 21
public interest to approve said Final Map;

23 11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
24 11 2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-28 from Luci
25 26 I Pacific Inc. which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by ref1

3. That the City accepts said dedication.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptan
the Final Map.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Cali
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Stewar
Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbe
Council held on the 2nd day of FEBRUARY , 1993 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
