RESOLUTION NO. 9 3 - 3 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Ct
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES.
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authorii
destruction of certain records;
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and mi
hereof, meet the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destructic
City Attorney has consented to their destruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents li
Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City (
the City of Carlsbad on the 9th day of FEBRUARY , 1993, by the
vote, to wit:
