A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME TO BE READY TO
CONNECT TO UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SYSTEM IN UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 13
WHEREAS, on September 3, 1991, the City Council of the City of C;
611 adopted Resolution No. 91-291 establishing Underground Utility District
711 and
8 WHEREAS, Section 11.08.030 of City Code requires that property oc1
