RESOLUTION NO.93-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME TO BE READY TO
CONNECT TO UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SYSTEM IN UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 13
WHEREAS, on September 3, 1991, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
adopted Resolution No. 91-291 establishing Underground Utility District No. 13;
and
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.030 of City Code requires that property owners be
notified of the time to be ready to connect to the underground system by
subsequent resolution; and
WHEREAS, the underground trenching is estimated to be completed by March
22, 1993 and overhead poles are scheduled to be removed by June 14, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the date on which affected property owners must be ready to
connect to underground service is March 22, 1993.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the County
Recorder's Office and also mailed to each affected property owner.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 2nd day of MARCH , 1993 by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaard
