A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 3391 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS FOR
ALGA, ALICANTE, AND EL CAMINO REAL ROADS.
5 11 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the cons

sidewalks for Alga, Alicante, and El Camino Real Roads, Contract No. 3391 ; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for the above work was submitted by
Construction, in the amount of $61,081.90; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the amount of $340,088, Acc
31 0-820-1 840-3391, for this project.
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $84,000 are authorized for this project; at-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:

the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract thereafter. I.8
