A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD & EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING, CONTRACT NO. 3166
WHEREAS, construction of improvements on Palomar Airport Road and El Cal
6 Widening, Project No. 31 66, has necessitated contract Change Order No. 1 ; and
7 WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $47,548.85 for said change order are a\
8 Account Nos. 505-820-1 860-31 66/506-820-1860-3166.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
10 California, as follows:
11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That Change Order No. 1 for Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real
improvements, specifically identified as Contract No. 3166, is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Ci
held on the 23rd day of MARCH , 1993 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Nygaard, Finnila
NOES: None
