RESOLUTION NO. 93-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH CROSBY, MEAD, BENTON AND ASSOCIATES TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN OF CANNON ROAD FROM PASEO
DEL NORTE TO FARADAY AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds it necessary, desira
the public interest to direct preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimatl
construction of Cannon Road from Paseo del Norte to Faraday Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Crosby, Mead, Benton and Associates is uniquely qualified to PI
preparation of said plans, specifications and cost estimates; and
WHEREAS, a consultant agreement with Crosby, Mead, Benton and Associates
prepared for a sum that will not exceed $100,000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a consultant agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Cros
Benton and Associates is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authc
directed to execute said agreement for a sum that will not exceed $100,000.
