RESOLUTION NO. 93-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CrrY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE 1992-93 PAVEMENT
OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. U/M 93-1

6 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, Califon
7 the 1992-93 Pavement Overlay Program in accordance with Contract No. U/M 93,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for this projec
submitted by Daley Corporation of San Diego, California, with a total ama

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 14
