RESOLUTION NO. 93-102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTM
BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to maintain basic fi
police services to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to maintain a safe w
environment for all its employees; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends, and the City C
concurs, the Fire and Police Departments adopted budgets shc
amended for necessary fire/rescue tools, and police equipme
programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2 - That the Fire Department Is capital equipment bud1
hereby amended by $27,900 from the general fund balance.
3. That the Fire Department Is special supplies budc
hereby amended by $14,500 from the general fund balance.
4. That the Fire Departmentls emergency medical c
equipment budget is hereby amended by $11,000 from the par
trust fund balance.
5. That the amount of $68,300 is hereby appropriate1
the available fund balance of the Police asset forfeiture f
support necessary Police Department activities.
