A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND COLEMAN PLANNING
GROUP AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE CARLSBAD PARTNERS TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPOR!
FOR THE GREEN VALLEY MASTER PLAN. EIR 93-02

does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreements between the Cit:
