CASE NAME: BEACH AREA LAND USE STUDY CASE NO: GPA 92-09 - CITY OF CARLSBAD 6 I! WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on Februar] 7 1/1993, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by la 8 9 10 consider an amendment to the Land Use Element of the General GPA 92-09; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, 11 12 13 the 20th day of APRIL , 1993, held a duly advert public hearing to consider said amendment and at that received the recommendations, objections, protests, comment 14/(all persons interested in or opposed to GPA 92-09; and 15 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the 16 17 18 19 Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correc 2. That the revised Land Use Element of the Gen lPlan (GPA 92-09) is approved according to Exhibits IIA-C'l d 2o 11 February 13, 1993 , attached to Planning Commission Resolutior 21 22 3441 and hereby incorporated by reference, and that the find and conditions of the Planning Commission as set forth in Plar 23 /Commission Resolution No. 3441, on file in the Planning Depart 24 I and made a part hereof are the findings and conditions of the Council. 25 26 27 days after its passage. 28 EFFECTIVE DATE: This resolution will be effectik ...
