RESOLUTION NO. 93-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING THE LOCAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the City has previously adopted and ame
local conflict of interest code; and
WHEREAS, provisions of the Political Reform Act
("the Act") (Government Code Section 81000 et seq.) rec
amendment to said code due to changed circumstances, change
or new positions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is the code reviewi
within the meaning of the Act; and
WHEREAS, the City has created a new Housing Cor:
which needs to be incorporated in said code; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Commission replaces the Hc
Redevelopment Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, staff has identified certain correctior
are required to the Appendix; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
l City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
