RESOLUTION NO. 93-114
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1991-92
PAVEMENT SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM, CONTRACT No.
U/M 93-4
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisiol
specifications for the furnishing of all labor, material, t
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessar)
incidental for the 1991-92 Pavement Slurry Seal Program, Cor
No. U/M 93-4, have been prepared and are on file in the Uti1
and Maintenance Office of the City of Carlsbad and
incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc
