RESOLUTION NO. 93- 132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE GAS TAX FUND

the annual operating budget for fiscal year 1992-93; and 8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has adopted

WHEREAS, certain controls have been placed on the use and
transfer of budget funds; and
12 ll WHEREAS, the City Council will endeavor to balance the General

WHEREAS, the Gas Tax Fund has sufficient available funds which

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
