A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAI
CALIFORNIA APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING CONS
AGREEMENTS FOR POINSETTIA COMMUNITY PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has app
funds for the design and construction of Phase I of Poinsettia Community P:
7 WHEREAS, said City Council has previously entered into agreement

12 public interest to amend said agreements to provide for additional consultan.
