RESOLUTION NO. 93-135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE ADAMS
STREET ROADWAY ALIGNMENT STUDY, PROJECT NO. 3364
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad requires the servicl

WHEREAS, the expenditure of $4,443 for the supplemental environmental surv 8
Alignment Study between Harrison Street and Park Drive; and 7
environmental consultant to perform a supplemental environmental study for the Ac
approved.

WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, desirable and in the public
approve the appropriation of additional funds in the amount of $17,000 to finalize
Street Alignment Study.
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Miscellaneous Professional Se
1993 Operating Budget Account No. 001 -820-31 10-2479.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
