A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD PARKING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Zonia Richards passed away; and

WHEREAS, the vacated term expires in April, 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C
