RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE ANNUAL LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS AND
ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEER'S
"REPORT" FOR A SPECIAL MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
5 WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CAR1
6 CALIFORNIA, has previously formed a special maintenance di

Code of the State of California, said special maint 9
1972", being Division 15, Part 2 of the Streets and Hi 8
pursuant to the terms of the "Landscaping and Lighting 2
10 district known and designated as STREET LIGHTING AND LANDS'
11 DISTRICT NO. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Maint
12 District") ; and,
13 WHEREAS, at this time the City Council is desirous tc
14

proceedings to provide for the annual levy of assessment
maintenance of improvements within the Maintenance District. 16
the next ensuing fiscal year to provide for the annual cost
17 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That upon completion of the preparation of
“Report“, the original shall be filed with the City Clerk,
shall then submit the same to this legislative body for

immediate review and consideration.

execution on behalf of the City.
