RESOLUTION NO. 93-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN
THE SOLID WA!XJZ ENTERPRISE FUND FOR CARISBAD'S
PORTION OF COSTS INCURRED BY THE NORTH COUNTY
SOLID WA!XE MANAGEMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the CITY OF CARLSBAD is a member of the North
Solid Waste Management Agency (Agency), a joint powers authority with the (
Escondido and Oceanside; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that consultant servil
necessary to accomplish the task of soliciting alternative refuse disposal option.
WHEREAS, member agencies have agreed to share the cost I
consultant services equally;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. $10,000 shall be appropriated in the Solid Waste Enterprist
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of MAY , 15
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, NOES: None
ABSENT: None
