RESOLUTION NO. 93-156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
$3,847.78 FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, The Friends of the Carlsbad Library have donated $3,847.78
the library, and;
WHEREAS, the library and the Friends have agreed to use this donation 1
the purchase of an atlas case and display unit for the La Costa Branch and steel
shelving for the children’s area in the main library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of $3,847.78 from the Frienc
of the Library on behalf of all citizens of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
