A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO GIVE NOTICE TO
CONNECTTO UNDERGROUND ANDTO PROVIDE SUCH CONNECTION
IF NECESSARY TO CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 13

WHEREAS, on September 3, 1991, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

overhead wires and construction of underground utilities; and 8
Resolution No. 91 -291 establishing Underground Utility District No. 13 requiring the re
9 WHEREAS, on March 2,1993, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad adopted Rt

No. 93-43 setting the date by which property owners must be ready to connec
underground service as of March 22,1993; and
WHEREAS, the following properties have, to date, not been made ready to cc
underground service:
41 1 TAMARACK AVENUE
421 TAMARACK AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.040 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code states that it is
for anyone to maintain overhead wires after the date set for removal.
