I RESOLUTION NO. 93-174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA SUPPORTING THE
SHORELINE PRESERVATION STRATEGY AS RECOMMENDED
BY THE SAN DIEGO ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS
4 11 WHEREAS, the San Diego Association of Governments in conjunction with thc

Erosion Committee has completed a comprehensive review and analysis of the !
Region's coastline; and 7
WHEREAS, the data which has been compiled over time has been used to a
9 report entitled "Shoreline Preservation Strategy for the San Diego Region"; and
10 ll WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the information included within the
XI. I1 Preservation Strategy for the San Diego Region is in the best interest of the City; ant

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of 14
included within the Shoreline Preservation Strategy for the San Diego Region; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad supports the goals and
