A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE 1991 -92 STREET
SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM. CONTRACT NO. U/M 93-4

7 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, Ca
8 ll for the 1991-92 Street Slurry Seal Program in accordance with Contract No. UJI

10 WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for this proje
11 submitted by Asphalt Maintenance Company of Visalia, California with a total
