RESOLUTION NO. 93-189
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE EXONERATION FROM ANY
KELLY RANCH
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 83-30,
5 11 WHEREAS, Kelly Ranch and Kelly Family Partnership have withdrawn and i

j/ extension has expired on Carlsbad Tract 83-30 on their property located east 01

Boulevard and south of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon; and 8
9 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the public intel

11 il NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

13 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
