RESOLUTION NO. 93-190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE 1992-93 STREET
CHIP SEAL PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. U/M 93-2
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, CE
for the 1992-93 Street Chip Seal Program in accordance with Contract No. U/
and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for this projl
submitted by I.P.S. Services, Inc. of San Bernardino, California with a total ar
$289,371.89; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Gas Tax Fund for completic
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $289,371.89 by I.P.S. Services, Inc. of San Ber
California for the 1992-93 Street Chip Seal Program, Con
U/M 93-2, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the C
are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefore.
