RESOLUTION NO. 93-193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
$1,000.00 FOR THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs. Max Kaplan wish to present $1,000.00 for the
purchase of reference books for the library; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift to the Carlsbad Cit
Library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the donation of $1,000.00 on behalf
all citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 6th day of JULY
1993, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
