RESOLUTION NO. 93-201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE LElTERS OF SUPPORT
FOR ASSEMBLY BILL 11 33 (FRAZEE).
WHEREAS, Section 6901 of the State of California Labor Code requires an ur
6 amount of crew members on trains due to technical and safety advancements, and
7 WHEREAS, revisions to Section 6901 have been proposed in Assembly Bill 11:

North County Transit District, and 9
to make regulations in that section more acceptable for a commuter rail system propc

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in
interest to support Assembly Bill 11 33 (Frazee).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute letters of support for Assembll
(Frazee).
